Bill ' s interpretation of their <br /> responsibility. sMMA does not have control over the site . The contractor <br /> supervises the site and the people working at it . Architects do no have <br /> the responsibility to stop construction. He disagrees fundamentally with. <br /> Bill on this issue . <br /> He would like the Committee to review the letter and if they agree with <br /> sMMA' s position - that they are providing the services they are contracted <br /> for - he would like a statement or a. vote of confidence from this committee <br /> to the selectmen.
