The academic wing will be close to complete to get the <br /> school open on time , <br /> Steve asked what this committee has decided on regarding partial <br /> occupancy? <br /> Paul. said. Bill Hauck has said as long as there could be a clear <br /> break and all life sofety systems and in and there i s not much <br /> work left to do, he would consider partial occupancy. <br /> Hill Hauck said it is a disaster to mix workmen with school, <br /> occupants . work remaining should only be a repair here or there . <br /> The committee agrees. <br /> Paul explained SMMA will do a punchl ist on or about July 15th. <br /> Stone will do their punchlist prior to that and try to correct <br /> any items. The Committee can force stone to work overtime if <br /> they have made the commitment of no trailers . <br /> Sections A,H & E will be ready for school. opening . stone has not <br /> been given relief from their contract of substantial completion <br /> of academic ging byJuly 23rd. <br /> Alan Scott has said the entire job will be done by August 25th. <br /> Stere said if we reach for partial occupancy, we will get <br /> screwed. <br /> Paul said in hi s opinion, the academic wing will be ready for <br /> school opening and we won' t need trailers. <br /> Hill. Hauck said he wants separation of workamen and school people . <br /> He suggested having a meeting with ,Joel , Jim and all the <br /> inspectors before making the decision. He does not want a last <br /> minute thing coming up. <br /> Paul said this should be discussed again on June 1 . Dight now the <br /> ,fob is looking impressive . <br /> Joel will meet with inspectors on May 27th. <br /> Master Key: needs Dr.. Demoura <br /> is and Johan will iarr�' s input. Jim <br /> will coordinate that . <br /> -- stop work orders : have been taken down. Dill Hauck said they <br /> were rescinded upon Joel ' s approval. . <br /> Tenders on operation and maintenance of the STP. Elias McQuaid <br /> and Greg Taylor met with the two candidates.
