Costa is trying to run Stone. <br /> Merry Sue suggested the Commiftee vote on their recommendation today and ask the Selectmen :. <br /> if they want to hold a meeting on Monday. <br /> ' Paul made a notion to recommend to the Selectmen that they terminate Stone's <br /> contract. Joe seconded the motion. <br /> Torn Wren said if he were Stone he would be sending a.statement to SMMA that they be <br /> considered substantially complete. He thinks they will do that. <br /> Ed Frenette said they are gray off and there is so much documentation to support that position. <br /> Toro said if you terminate before they are substantially complete, your agrument is a lot better. <br /> Paul said they aren't even close to substantially complete. In August they should have been 98% <br /> complete and they are not yet at %. <br /> Peter said we know what happend when we don't terminate and we should learn frorn our <br /> mistake,, <br /> Merry Sue said it is the Selectmen choice at this point. <br /> Vote on the notion; Joe in favor,Peter in favor,Merry Sue in favor,Janice in favor, <br /> Bill infavor, Steve in favor,Patel in favor. <br /> Paul will call George Costa and let them make the decision about calling a special Selectmen's <br /> meeting. <br /> Paul made a motion to leave executive session and not return to open session. Merry <br /> Sue seconded the motion. Paul in favor,Merry Sue in favor, Joe in favor, Bill in favor, <br /> Steve in favor,Peter in favor,, Janice in favor. <br />
