IX. Superintendent Evaluation Mrs. Grady explained that the rating values used for superintendent evaluation are 1,2,3 unsatisfactory, 4,5,6 satisfactory,7,8,9 commendable. The evaluation rating is as follows: Relationship with School Committee Rating 4,2- Satisfactory Educational Leadership Rating .4- Satisfactory General Management Rating 4.2- Satisfactory Budget Management bating 4.0- Satisfactory Personnel Management Dating 4.0- Satisfactory Communications and Public Relations tions Rating .o- Unsatisfactory Personal Quality Rating 5.25- Satisfactory Overall Rating bating 4.3- Satisfactory Mrs. Bradshaw thanked the Committee and stated she was surprised by some of the comments, but would followup with individual members for specific examples. X. other Mrs. Bradshaw reviewed Ms. arm's Haemo requesting use of the Quashnet gym on 5/10/08 for town elections. Mrs. Mills updated the Committee that she met with the principals regarding handbook revisions. Copies have been given to the Committee or review. Mrs. Bradshaw mentioned that Mr. Horne organized a softball and baseball all event two weekends ago and Mrs. Bradshaw presented the committee with t-shirts from the tournament. Mrs. Bradshaw thanked IVIS. Keliinui for the golf balls donated that say "falcons" on thein. Mrs. Grady stated that she wanted to clarify some information that has been in the newspaper. She stated that the Committee has been misquoted s saying they had called for a review of Joyce Mason. In fact, the committee dict not request a review of Joyce Mason, but a review of the budget process used this year. Mrs. Grady also stated that she wanted to male clear that the IVlashee Teachers Association has been involved in the budget process. They have been asked for their input.
