Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Scott <br /> Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Norman J. Gould, and Sharon <br /> Sangeleer were present. Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the hearings and announced that the meeting was being <br /> televised live on local Mashpee TV. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 540 Great Neck Road South: Petitioner, William R. Haney requests an Administrative <br /> Appeal to the Building Commissioner concerning a cease and desist of a heliport under <br /> §174-17, §174-22 and §174-25 of the Zoning Bylaws on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District, Map 99 Parcel 40-0, Mashpee, MA (Owner of record: Mary E. Zocchi). <br /> (Continued from July 11, 2018 hearings at the request of the Board). <br /> Attorney Brian Wall agreed to a continuance if the Board was unable to secure a meeting <br /> with Town Counsel.Board Member,Scott Goldstein made a motion to continue the hearing <br /> until August 22, 2018. Mr. Gould seconded. All were in favor of the continuance. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 401 Monomoscoy Road: Petitioners, Robert and Donna Roche, Trustees request an <br /> Administrative Appeal to the Building Commissioner under M.G.L. Chapter 40A §§8 & <br /> 15. The Trustees seek the Zoning Board of Appeals to overturn the Building <br /> Commissioner's decision to allow for construction of a lavatory in their detached garage. <br /> In the alternative, the Trustees request the Board of Appeals to grant them a Finding to <br /> allow them to install a lavatory in their detached garage under §174-24 (K) on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 124 Parcel 64, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Attorney Brian- Wall represented the homeowners who were also present.
