Review 7 Noms of collaboration <br /> We briefly reviewed the 7 Norms of Collaboration handout and will work to make sure these nouns aro honored during <br /> our meetings: Pausing, Paraphrasing} Probing for Specificity, Putting Ideas on the Table and Pulling Them Off, Paying <br /> Attention to Self and Others, Presuming Positive Intentions, and Pursuing a Balance between Advocacy and Inquiry <br /> 3. National Elementary Honor Societyt(NEHS -- as n t School Chapter <br /> We reviewed the steps taken to date towards the goal of establishing a Ouashnet School Chapter of the National <br /> Elementary Horror Society. The School Council voted to support this. The contents of the proposed bylaws (handout) <br /> were accepted by the members—with the understanding that the"Eligibility"section of the bylaws would be <br /> clarified/adjusted, indicating that the first opportunity for induction into the NEHS would core at the beginning of a <br /> student's fifth grade school year—based on the student's fourth grade academic performance and other eligibility <br /> requirements. <br /> . Review SYII-12 School Improvement Plan SIP Goals <br /> Both of our SY 1-12 ELA and Mathematics Student Achievern nt Goals on our SIP were not feet-- that ° of students <br /> in grades 4-6 would achieve a 2012 MCAS scared score higher than their scaled score on the 2311 MCAS. <br /> Our staff has analyzed our student ELA performance (aggregate); mathematics analysis will take place soon. <br /> Actions listed on our SY 1-12 SIP were taken—desired results were not achieved. <br />
