Taylor <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Sherman at 6:30 p.m. Mashpee Town Hall, <br /> Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday, July 23 2018 Regular Session: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the Regular Session minutes of <br /> Monday, July 23, 2018 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Opposed, none <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Comment: None at this time. <br /> Public Hearing: New All-Alcohol Restaurant License: Magni Inc dba Cape Cod Coffee, LLC: <br /> The Board of Selectmen opened the Public Hearing on the application of Magni, Inc. d/b/a Cape Cod <br /> Coffee, LLC, Jan Aggerbeck, Manager for a New Annual All Alcohol Restaurant License located at 35 <br /> Storrs Road, Mashpee consisting of a patio totaling 1,200 square feet of outdoor area; 2 rooms on one <br /> floor totaling 2,880 square feet of indoor area; proposed total seating capacity; 149 (interior 85, exterior <br /> 64), 3 entrances and 5 exits. <br /> In accordance with posting procedures, the Hearing notice was read aloud into the record. Jan <br /> Aggerbeck, Manager was in attendance to review the license request with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Mr. Aggerbeck explained he has outgrown his former site location in Mashpee. With increased <br /> demands for breakfast, he intends to move his business across the street and increase the seating <br /> capacity at the new site location. Additional offerings would include lunch cuisine. Based on the <br /> tourism and local demand Mr. Aggerbeck indicated he also intends to offer private events at the new <br /> location. A full alcohol license is desired to accompany the service of lunch and events. With the <br /> Selectmen's approval,the new facility would open in early October. <br /> The Board of Selectmen expressed support to the new location and the offering of a small function area <br /> for events in Mashpee. Being no comment the Board motioned as follows; <br />
