Michael <br /> Saechetti Principal,ApiDlication for Class IB License: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Richardson to approve the application of <br /> Combined Charities of Cape Cod,Inc.,R. Michael S echetti, <br /> Principal officer, to operate a Class II Class Nicene at 10 Echo Road, <br /> Unit 5,Mashpee,with no public display of vehicles,and based upon <br /> approval from the Planning Board for a Special Permit. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cook <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> F NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Acceptance ofResp roti n—Environmental Oversi Committee: <br /> Acceptance of Desi ation-Co rngaily Advisory Committee: <br /> Correspondence was received'from Edward Baker dated February 12, <br /> 20 10 resigning from his appointments to the Environmental Oversight <br /> Committee and the Community Advisory Committee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cah l ne to accept the resignation of <br /> Edward Baker from the Environmental oversight Committee and the <br /> Community Advisory Committee with regrets. The Selectmen agreed <br /> to remit a letter of appreciation to Mr. Baker citing all of his <br /> attributes and service to the Town of Mashpe . <br /> Moti 'n seconded by Selectman Cook. <br /> VOTE: 3-2. Motion carries. <br /> Selectman Myers and Selectman Cahalane opposed. <br /> Maria I Mart ne, 163 Captains Rove, a neighbor of Edward Baker stated the <br /> public strongly regrets that his resignation has moven forward. Ms. <br /> 1 lartone indicated she does not feel that Mr. Baker participates in <br /> committees to better his home value. She stated that it is honestly for a <br /> good cause. lis. Martone asked who would take up this cause, and who <br /> would be the voice because as a property owner, she would benefit as <br /> well. <br />
