i <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes - <br /> April 12, 2010 <br /> Mills F'amil,_ Lands: (continued) <br /> As a result of prior matters relative to the certification of clear title, it was <br /> disclosed a Purchase and Sade P&S)Agreement has not been developed <br /> i to date between the representing parties. The May 2007 Town Meeting <br /> i vote authorized the Selectmen to enter into negotiations, and expend up to <br /> $720,000 from CPA funds for the purchase of the Mills Family Lands. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cah l ne to refer to the Community. <br /> Preservation Act Committee for guidance with respect to the use of <br /> CPA funds for the purchase of the Mills Family Lands at Santuxt <br /> Pond. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cook. <br /> VOTE: unanimous* 4-0. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Approval and Execution of Subordination A reement—Mashpee Vil�ag_= <br /> The Board of Selectmen were in receipt of Mashpee village document <br /> referenced as I II A No. 2-079 entitled Amended and Restated <br /> Agreement as to Subordinated Loans. The Commonwealth of <br /> Massachusetts acting by and through the Department of Housing and <br /> Community Development is the holder of a HOME Lawn under the <br /> Affordable Housing gust Statute for the Mashpee United Church Village <br /> Partnership, prior owner of the Mashpee village property,the Town of <br />' <br /> Mashpee and The Community Builders, Inc., said borrower. <br /> It was agreed the document would be approved pending Town Counsel's <br /> review. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve and execute the <br /> Amended and Restated Agreement as to Subordinated Loans as It <br /> pertains to Mashpee village pending Town Counsel's review. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cool. <br /> VOTE: unanimous. 4-0. <br />
