The May 2007 Town Meeting i vote authorized the Selectmen to enter into negotiations, and expend up to $720,000 from CPA funds for the purchase of the Mills Family Lands. Motion made by Selectman Cah l ne to refer to the Community. Preservation Act Committee for guidance with respect to the use of CPA funds for the purchase of the Mills Family Lands at Santuxt Pond. Motion seconded by Selectman Cook. VOTE: unanimous* 4-0. NEW BUSINESS: Approval and Execution of Subordination A reement—Mashpee Vil�ag_= The Board of Selectmen were in receipt of Mashpee village document referenced as I II A No. 2-079 entitled Amended and Restated Agreement as to Subordinated Loans. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts acting by and through the Department of Housing and Community Development is the holder of a HOME Lawn under the Affordable Housing gust Statute for the Mashpee United Church Village Partnership, prior owner of the Mashpee village property,the Town of ' Mashpee and The Community Builders, Inc., said borrower. It was agreed the document would be approved pending Town Counsel's review. Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve and execute the Amended and Restated Agreement as to Subordinated Loans as It pertains to Mashpee village pending Town Counsel's review. Motion seconded by Selectman Cool. VOTE: unanimous. 4-0.
