1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes. <br /> September 13, 201 <br /> LIAISON REPOTS: <br /> Environmental Oversijiht Committee: <br /> i <br /> The EOC Committee is presently reviewing the Santuit Pored Study and is <br /> expected t present a report the Board Selectmen at them next <br /> meeting. I was disclosed the FOC is also aware of the Friends of Satuit <br /> Pored and their Solar Bee proposal to provide long-distance circulation to <br /> control algae blooms. <br /> The Planning Board has voted to recommend a new representative to the <br /> C. The recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Selectmen <br /> for appointment at the August 23, 2010 meeting. <br /> ReUclm* g Activities: <br /> The Go Single campaign initiative has increased recyeli g by <br /> approximately 15%. The Recycling Committee is meeting next week to <br /> review additional scenarios to improve the rate of recycling. <br /> Ubr Volunteer Trai <br /> Selectman Michael Richardson is now working with the Ma tepee Library <br /> and Friends of the Mashpee Library to train new volunteers. <br /> S i n Bylaw: <br /> It was noted the Planning Board and ilashpee Chamber of Commerce are <br /> expected to submit comment on the new and proposed sign ylaw. The <br /> bylaw revision will appear on the May 2011 warrant for voter approval. <br /> r <br />
