1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March. 14, 2011 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Review of Conservation Conmision Perm ttl Fee Structure: <br /> Andre McManus, Conservation Agent was present to recommend the Board of <br /> Selectmen adopt the new permitting fee structure comparable to similar <br /> communities. All documentation pertaining to the revised fee structure was in <br /> order for the Selectmen's approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the new permitting fee <br /> structure for the Conservation Commission as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman.Sherman. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> loll Call vote: <br /> Selectman fool ,yes Selectman Cahalanc yes <br /> Selectman Richardson,yes Selectman Taylor,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed,none <br /> AMintment to the WNuoit Bgy Deserve Advism.Committee: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Wauoit Bay National Estuarine Research <br /> Reserve WBNE .R ;dated February 24,2011 inviting the Town of Mashp a to <br /> be a member of the Reserve Advisory Committee. <br /> It was agreed that a Conservation Commission member or ars Environmental <br /> Oversight Committee member would be considered for representation. The <br /> matter was tabled at this time. <br />
