The position is requested by the Library. <br /> Beard of Trustees to replace Helene IeF'oe, the former Library Director. The <br /> date of the vacancy was February 1, 2011. Joyce Mason,the Town Manager <br /> recommended ded approval of this much needed position. Selectmen Cahalane as Vice-Chair <br /> presided. <br /> The Board of Selectmen opened the Public Nearing on the application filed on <br /> February 22, 2011 by Richard J. Cook Jr., 13 5.West way, Mashpee for a 1 acre <br /> shellfish grant in Popponeset Bay; yellow buoys will be deployed at all coaxers; <br /> oyster cages will consist of black vinyl coated wire mesh cages 4'x4' maximum, <br /> with a rnaxrnum number of 3,000 at no more than 18"off bottom covering the <br /> one acre site. <br /> In ac ordance With posting procedures,the Hearing notice was read aloud into the <br /> record. Richard Cook,the applicant was in attendance with his counsel Attomey <br /> Kevin Kirrane. <br />
