9 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 11, 2011 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Review&Execution of Uind Disposition moment—Habitat for Ma y <br /> Y�rl 1��1 Mr I I 1W'Y'lil� <br /> and 9 Park PlKe Say& 10 Tri-Town Circle <br /> Recently,the Town accepted a proposal from Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod <br /> to construct a single family house on each of the three parcels identified as 6 and <br /> Park Place Way and 10 Tri-Torn Circle. A Land Dispositions Agreement was <br /> forwarded to the Board from Habitat for signature. Additionally Habitat has <br /> guested the Town waive their regulatory fees for the parcels of land contributed <br /> by the Town. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Richardson to approve and execution the Land <br /> Disposition Agreement with Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod,to create <br /> affordable housing on the 3 referenced parcels, and waive all regulatory <br /> fees by the Town of Mashpee for the hones as described. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane, <br /> VOTE: Unanlimous. -o. <br /> RoU Call vote: <br /> Selectman Cook,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes <br /> Selectman Richardson,yes Selectman'Taylor,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes opposed,none <br /> C ICATI NS'& CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Candidates Forum: <br /> The candidate's forum is scheduled on Tuesday, April 12 'beginning at 7:00 p. . <br /> at the Mahpee Town Hall. The participating <br /> I lashpee students will be paired with Department Heads in the morning. A <br /> debate on the ballot question will be scheduled thereafter. Selectman Theresa <br /> Cook will serge as the guest speaker at the luncheon. <br />
