In accordance with Town Policy, <br /> signage is not perrmsile to be displayed at the Mashpee Rotary. With regards to <br /> the request to display signage, it was determined that advertisement is not a part <br /> of seasonal decorations. <br /> .response to the discussion relative to signage and the fast approaching holiday <br /> season,Mr. Vaccaro indicated he would work on an alternate plan to perhaps <br /> incorporate signage outside the Rotary. It was also agreed the signage would <br /> conform to the Design Review Committee and mandates of the Town's Sign <br /> Bylaw. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to grant the request of the Mashpee <br /> Pops Committee to design and decorate the Mashpee Rotary with holiday <br /> seasonal lighting to M' clude a lighting ceremony on November 25,2011, and <br /> leave open,the question of signage, <br /> Motion seconded by selectman Sherinan. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> r <br /> Roll Call vote: <br /> Selectman Taylor,yes Selectnian Richardson,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahaiane,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes opposed,none <br /> COMMUNICATI & CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Policy on Waiving of Permit Fees: <br /> Since there has been several requests to waiver permit fees, the Board o <br /> Selectmen were asked to comment on a proposed policy that would institute an <br /> administrative fee for costs imposed to the Town. The ratter will appear on the <br /> agenda as-a future topic of discussion. <br />
