Diehard York, Shellfish <br /> Constable was ire attendance to discuss the closure request with the Board of <br /> Selectmen. It was noted the Town of Falmouth has a management closure for all <br /> sh llfishing except scalloping on their side of Waquoit Bay from November 15, <br /> 2011 through April 30, 2012. Mr. York added the Ilashpee Wampang Tribe <br /> has voted support of the management closure a decrihci. <br /> When asked of the impact to commercial shellfishing, Mr. York indicated that it <br /> should not pose a problem for them this year. <br /> Being no finther cement,the Board motioned to close the.Hearing. <br />
