10 Board of Selectmen Minutes January 9, 201 COWALTNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE DHCD—Cha ter 40B Com rehensive Permit: Mashvee wa m aooa Tribe: Correspondence was received from the Department of Housing&Community Development DHCD)dated.December 20, 2011 regarding the review period of 4 the I ashpee wampanoag Tribe's rental project on Meetinghouse Road,Mashpee. The Tribe has applied to DHCD under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit proms for prep ' approval. The project i rental project with a total o 2 its, of which 52 100% are low income. The review period for the Chapter 40B co .prehenlve permit comment ends 30 days from the date of the letter. Remarks arl from the Board of Selectmen shall b forwarded to the Town Manager for transmission to DHCD, OLD BUSINESS: Habitat for Tlumani —Devised Lard Dis osition Agreement: ent: At the request of I HCD, the current Local Initiative Program(LIP) application has been resubmitted by Habitat for Humanity to reflect the change in scope from gree parcels/houses on 6 Park Place way, 9 Park Place way and 10 Tri Town Circle to two parcels/houses on 6 and 9 Park Place Way. It was rioted the Tri Town Circle site has been declared a wetland,and therefore not available for the building of ars affordable home. As a result, Habitat for Humanity has re-drafted the Laird Disposition Agreement (LDA)to revise the scope in-project to two parcels/houses as referenced. Approval of the LDA would also clean-up certain title issues involving#6 and # Park Place way prior to the conveyance of the parcels to Habitat for Humanity. Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve and execute the revise Land Disposition Agreement between the Town of Mashp a and Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod,Inc. as referenced. Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson. VOTE: Unanimous. -o.
