Joyce Mason stated that, going forward, <br /> the Board of Selectmen will be provided with a status report on the project, keeping them informed. <br /> 5) Take Back Program — Michael Richardson <br /> Mike Richardson reported the approval of$5000 by the Finance Committee to support the <br /> installation of a secure Drop Off Box for unused/unwanted drugs, to be located at the Mashpee <br /> Police Station, to be available 2417. The contents of the box will be incinerated on-site, thereby <br /> providing cost savings in transporting the substances off-Cape. <br /> 6. Liaison Reports <br /> Library— Mike Richardson. Nike reported that a 14-year old, as part of his confirmation requirement <br /> doing community service, is spending two days a week at the library as a volunteer. <br /> Mashpee Cares — Nike Richardson. Kickoff launch for the program was tonight. 65 people <br /> attended. Kiwanis has joined the Mashpee Cares effort. <br /> School Board — Mike Richardson reported that the School Committee has agreed to try using <br /> MU NIS, to see if it works for them. <br /> Environmental Review Committee— John Cahalane. No quorum at the meeting this week. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> John Cahalane made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mike Richardson seconded the <br /> motion.
