Also in <br /> attendance was Superintendent of Schools Lincoln A. DeMoura, School. <br /> Attorney William F0 Butler, Grace Day, David Konigsberg, and Mary <br /> Durham. <br /> The executive session was called to order at 10 :40 p.m. by Chairman <br /> Paxton. <br /> Discussion on grievances followed. <br /> Is <br /> Mrs. Mills made motion to pursue grievance MISS 95 o 4 that pertains to <br /> signatures of correspondence placed in personnel file. Motion was <br /> seconded by Mrs, Cook. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Mrs. Mills made a motion to take a stand on "Letters ofReprimand" <br /> Grievance* Motion was seconded by Mrs* Lynch. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Updates were given on the status of the custodial and Unit A <br /> negotiations, <br /> Motion made by Mrs* Cook, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to adjourn the <br /> executive session at 11 :50 pamo <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: In favor - Mr. Paxton# Mrs. Lynch, Mrs* Mills, <br /> Mrs. Cook, and Ms, Macdonald; opposed - none. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Mar3orie Re O'Brien <br /> School Committee Secretary <br /> f <br />
