Also In attendance was <br /> Superintendent of Schools Dr. Lincoln A■ DeMeura <br /> The executive session was called to order by Mr. Paxton at 9 :45 <br /> p.m. in the Middle school Conference Room. <br /> Discussion followed on the Unit A. Contract and the status of Unit <br /> C16 <br /> Discussion then centered on custodian Richard Brien and his <br /> resignation. Dr. DeMcura said he rescinded Ronald Lees termination <br /> notice upon Mr. Brazen's resignation, <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to approve <br /> the arrangement made with, Mr. Brien regarding his resignation. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: In favor - Mir.
