Draft 3 <br /> 31512014 <br /> Article 4 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to transfer$7,500 from the Waterways Improvement <br /> Fund Account to the Waterways Equipment/Maintenance Account, or take any <br /> other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: This article if approved would transfer funds from the Waterways <br /> Improvement Account to fund the replacement of one boat engine for waterway <br /> patrols. <br /> Article 5 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to approve the annual regional school district budget <br /> for the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School District for the fiscal year <br /> beginning July 1, 2014, in the amount of$13,908,300 and further, to see if the <br /> Town will vote to raise and appropriate $979,628 to meet its share of the cost of <br /> operation and maintenance of the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School <br /> District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, or take any other action relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: Mashpee's share of the Regional Technical High School budget is <br /> $979,628. There are 57 students from Mashpee at the Regional Technical High <br /> School, an increase from 55 students last year. <br /> Article 6 <br /> To see if the Town will vote pursuant to Chapter 71, §16G%2 to allow Cape Cod <br /> Regional Technical High School to establish a stabilization fund for future facility <br /> capital costs. <br /> Submitted by Cape Cod Regional Technical High School <br /> Explanation: Cape Cod Regional Technical High School has submitted an <br /> application with the Massachusetts School Building Authority for a major <br /> renovation of their facility. In preparation of the anticipated costs for the project, <br /> they have requested all member towns vote to establish a Stabilization Account <br /> for this purpose. Future funding will be included in the annual budget for deposit <br /> into this account. The school district will need to secure approval from a majority <br /> of the local member municipalities. <br /> Article 7 <br />
