Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 7, 2014 <br /> APPOINTMENTS HEARINGS: <br /> Public He -Mashpee omental d/b/a Asia Ealace—T Common <br /> Stock: (continued) <br /> The Hearing notice was read aloud into the record In accordance with posting <br /> requirements. Attorney Daniel Goldrick was in attendance representing Asia <br /> 'Palate as were the named individuals petitioning for the transfer of stock <br /> ownership as shareholders. <br /> 4 <br /> Attorney Goldfick inc ieated the application to transfer the common stock was <br /> previously approved by the Board of Selectmen. However,the application lacked <br /> the appropriate documentation for the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission <br /> (ABCC). The hearing on this date was deemed procedural.
