Nichols Attendees: Members: William Taylor, Barbara Nichols, Debi McManus, Guests: The minutes of the January 22, 2013 meeting were accepted as written, after a motion by Bill Taylor and second by Debi McManus. Agenda .top icy s [Agenda topic 11 Lake level ase ussion: The late levels as measured by Barbara on March I" and 14th were 55.6 and 55.8 ft. above sea level with 16 and 19 inches of water flowing over the board. There was 15 inches of water in the stream with 5 inches of sand built u . The pond level is the highest it has been since May 2011. Barbara spore with Drew McManus on March 12 and he said Amen'-Corps and the members of the warn anoag planned to walk the river and clean out any debris and overhanging branches which impeded flow on March 15th. He also said he would ask DPW to clean out the sand built up in the area of the outflow from the late, above and below the herring ladder within the next two weeks. Conclusions: The lake is as high as in May 2011. Spring clean out of the Mashpee Fiver is starting. [Agenda topic 21 Boating rues`, Discussion: Barbara mentioned that Heidi said that Joyce Mason.had approved the recent changes to the Mashpee/Wakeby boating Rules. Barbara read Heidi's reply from Doug Ca.rneron regarding problems noted by Ramp attendants in summer of 2012, which stated most of these problems should be addressed to MA Envirommental Police. Committee members wart to be included if a meeting is set up Vn'th Heidi in Recreation and NMP. Conclusions: Barbara will contact Heidi to see if a meeting has been scheduled and remind her to notify this committee.
