Board of Registrars <br /> Wednesday,April 6,2005 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall,Town Clerk's Office <br /> Present: James Vaccarro, Susan Regan,Deborah Dami <br /> Absent:Karen Walden <br /> Also Present Myma Nuey,Thomas J.O'Neill <br /> A motion to convene the meeting was made by Mr.Vaccarro and seconded by Ms. Regan. The vote was <br /> unanimous. <br /> The meeting convened at 5:15 P.M. <br /> Mr.Vaccarro stated that the purpose of this meeting was to draw by lottery the names for ballot position for <br /> the contested races for the May 7,2005 ballot. <br /> The lottery went as follows: - - <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Position#1 —Thomas J.O'Neill <br /> Position#2—Theresa M. Cook <br /> Position#3 —John J.Cahalane <br /> Planning Board—Associate Member <br /> Position#1 —Myrna E.Nuey <br /> Position#2—Harvey B.Cohen <br /> Ms.Nuey made it known that she also intended to run as a write-in candidate for the 2 year unexpired <br /> Planning Board position. Mr.Vaccarro told Ms.Nuey that she could print labels with her name and <br /> address on it for voters to place on the ballot. Marita will look into the required size and inform Ms.Nuey. <br /> Mr.O'Neill asked about availability of a voter's list for the purpose of preparing a mailing. Ms.Dami <br /> explained that he should wait until after the voter registration deadline and at that time he could bring in <br /> mailing labels to be printed for him by Marita. <br /> The next Board of Registrars meeting was posted for May 7,2005 at 7:30 pm. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 5:25 pm. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Marita L.
