Karen Walden seconded. The vote <br /> was unanimous. <br /> New Business: <br /> The Board may have new business but Debbie Damm could not recall, leaving meeting open for now. <br /> Old Business: <br /> None at this time. <br /> Mr. Vaccaro motioned to adjourn.
