Board of Registrars <br /> Saturday, May 6,2006 <br /> Quashnet School Gymnasium <br /> Present: James Vaccaro,Karen Walden,and Deborah Dami <br /> Absent: Susan Regan <br /> The meeting convened at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Minutes: <br /> Mr.Vaccaro stated that his last name was misspelled throughout the minutes of April 3, 2006. The <br /> correction was noted and the minutes were approved.The vote was 2—0 in favor and 1 abstention <br /> (Ms.Walden was absent from the April 3rd meeting). <br /> New Business: <br /> The Board reorganized. Ms. Walden nominated Susan Regan as the Chairman for the upcoming year;Mr. <br /> Vaccaro seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous. <br /> Old Business: <br /> None at this time. <br /> Mr. Vaccaro motioned to adjourn and but stated that the Board would reconvene at the Town Hall,if <br /> necessary.
