Glenn Santos, 'Torn Burns <br /> Also 'resent: Paul Gohell-Sever Commission Administrator, Brian Howes & Ed ichner- <br /> Al oT, Jeff Gregg-GHD,Rick York-Mashpee Shellfish Constable <br /> CALL To ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order at.7:20 p.m. by Chairman Fudala. <br /> ' '4 <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES January 22,2013 & February 21,2013 <br /> Mr. Santos recommended that the minutes of January 22 reflect that they were transcribed by the <br /> Board Secretary from tape. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the minutes. Mr. Lyons seconded the motion. All <br /> voted-unanimou ly. kF <br /> Mr. Lyons made a motion to approve the minutes of February 21. lir. Burns seconded the <br /> motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> AGENDA ITEMS <br /> GH -Billing <br /> An invoice 'n the amount of 1,000 was received from GHD. <br /> Mr. Lyons made a motion to Pay GHD's $1,000 invoice. Mr. Burns seconded the motion. <br /> All voted unanimously. The vouchers were signed by the Commissioners. <br /> Lombardo Billing <br /> An invoice in the amount o $614.25 was received from Lombardo Associates. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to pay Lombardo $614.25. Mr. Lyons seconded the motion, <br /> ,All voted unanimously. <br /> Workshop on the Development of Draft Final,flan <br /> Mr. Gregg reported that he had met with Mr. Gobell to discuss the planning process and drafted <br /> the beginning of the alternative screening analysis. Mr. Gregg recommended discussing with the <br /> Sever Commission the current steps of the planning process. <br /> Mr. Gregg described the alternative screening analysis as the culmination of a variety of previous <br /> documents, such as the technology screening report, draft scenarios report and recent model run <br /> data, to develop the framework for the development of the recommended plan. once the <br /> framework was developed, there would be an additional round of screening and analysis to Ileal <br /> with a variety of issues, such as cluster versus treatment plant, impact of shellfish versus fallback <br /> plans and a no action alternative. In addition, Mr. Gregg will-develop a memorandum to address <br /> 1 <br />
