Lyons Pio Lombardo, Lombardo Associates <br /> Thomas Burns Ed Eichner, SMaST <br /> Rick York, Shellfish Commissioner <br /> Bev Kane, Community Advisory Comm. <br /> Brian Howes,es, SMaST <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Torn Fudala called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES — May 16, 2013 <br /> Minutes of the 16113 meeting were reviewed and corrections were made. Joe Lyons made a <br /> motion that the 5116113 minutes be approved as corrected. Tom Burns seconded the motion. The <br /> motion was unanimously approved. <br /> WORKSHOP ON DEVELOPMENT OF DRAFT FINAL PLAN —Jeff Gregg <br /> .teff Gregg, GHD Project Manager, introduced himself to the audience. Mr. Gregg distributed <br /> copies of the latest amended draft pian, and addressed his changes in the draft in response t <br /> commentsreceived from the Sewer Commission. <br /> 1 First comment: response to II AA comments will be included in an appendix to the <br /> draft document. <br /> 2 Secondcomment: response to questions regarding clarification of items that are not <br /> included in the GHD scope of work.. Mr. Gregg stated that as we go forward: there will be <br /> items that the regulators will ask for that currently are not in the scope of services identified <br /> i <br /> in the watershed nitrogen management plan that will have to be addressed. <br /> i 3 Third comment(Cape Cod Commission): regarding existing load, and attenuation of <br /> that existing load. Mr. Gregg stated that it can be discussed but is a bit more involved than <br /> merely trying to slow existing load and attenuation of that existing load. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Greggasked that the Sewer Commission read through these comments and give feedback to <br /> Tom Fudalar and Paul Gobell for distribution to .teff Gregg for necessary changes. Mr. Gregg <br /> stated his ultimate goal is to be issuing the final document for submittal toward the end of July. <br /> Mr. Gregg presented the abridged version of response to comments in terms of the big document. <br />
