Mark Gurnee <br /> seconded the motion. The motion was approved - . <br /> WORKSHOP ON DEVELOPMENT OF DRAFT FINAL PLAN <br /> Jeff Gregg talked about the status of the draft matrix table. Mr. Gregg is applying a ranking to each <br /> o <br /> f the ubareasx n the criteria a tablished in the previous meetings. Tom Fudala stated <br /> that he wants to see the matrix results mapped out by priority watershed areas prior to making any <br /> decisions about assigning areas to be treated. Jeff Gregg stated that what the matrix is ding is <br /> combining the efforts made before, rapping out the areas of concern,.then showing where the <br /> flows are to end up based on Options IA$ 1 S and 1 C already prepared which identified where the <br /> flows were recommended for treatment and recharge in order to achieve the TMDLs. Mr. Lyons <br /> suggested that lir. Gregg finish his mapping and distribute his recommendations to.the <br /> Commission for review and discussion. Paul-Go ell will.:be going through Mr. Gregg's matrix for <br /> editing and will report back to him. = <br /> Torry Fudala stated that he wound like to see all planning areas with a score based on the matrix <br /> p that was previously.settled on. Jeff Gregg stated that all the areas within the matrix have <br /> been applied, so when we re-sort the matrix, the areas will re-sort with it. There are already.sre <br /> logical'l ti +r ^identified for treatment of recharge and there are also alternatives that have to be <br /> evaluated that are part of Jeff Gregg's matrix report. <br /> Teff Gregg stated that he will be.going through l r:Gobell's final edits, and will forward to the <br /> Commission the first cut of the matrix f how the areas are ranked. Jeff Gregg assumed the <br /> -Commission that there will be a map included with rankings of the areas of concern. Tom Fudala <br /> reiterated his request that he wants t -sea the rankings separate from assumptions about <br /> treatment and discharge going anywhere, <br /> Jeff Gregg asked whether there was interest on the part of the sewer Commission to target one <br /> watershed versus another, in the prioritization process.
