Next steps for the Tern/District The Severer Commission members gave their recommendations for add iti ns/corrections t Jeff Gregg's presentation prior to his submission to the Marshpee website. Tens Fud lay stated that the report would need to be submitted to the Board of Selectmen for their preview. STATUS OF WATER/SEWER DISTRICT LEGISLATION Tom Fudalar reported that the Water/Sewer District legislation has been signed by the Governor on the 18#x'} however it carne toe lame to be included on this year's annual election ballot, so this year's election ballot that would create the Water & Severer District and would eliminate the Severer Commission would not happen -until May 15, 2015. FERTILIZER REGULATIONS Tori Fuda lay stated that the draft regulation has been unproved a couple of times, and the draft extension has been approved to appear on the October Town Meeting.
