Mr. Elliott seconded the <br /> motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Approve March 2014 Residential Tonnage of 1,533.86 tons for reporting to SEMASS. Total <br /> Residential and Commercial is 2,175.01 tans. <br /> Mr. Tilton made a motion to approve the tonnage for March 2014. Mr. Elxiott seconded the <br /> motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Approve April 2014 Residential Tonnage of 1,848.72 tons for reporting to SEMASS. Total <br /> Residential and Commercial is 2,380.06 tons. <br /> Mr. Wilton made a motion to approve the tonnage for April 2014. Mr. Elliott seconded the <br /> motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Review/Discussion of Draft RFP for Feasibility Study <br /> Patty Daley, of the Cape Cod Commission, reported that the Joint Land Use Study identified several <br /> options to repurpose the UCRTS and rail spur. Ms. Daley indicated that, since the last meeting, she <br /> had met with Tian Glasson of the office of Economic Adjustment, Carter Hunt of Mass <br /> Development and representatives from the Base to further discuss the proposed scope of work for <br /> the UCRTS and possible re-use of the wastewater treatment facility. 11s. Daley was seeking input <br /> today from the Board of Managers regarding the proposed scope of work. <br /> Ms. Daley referenced Task 3 of the scope, which would evaluate solid waste needs and identify <br /> alternative uses, such as food waste digestion, septage solids and bio-solids and composting.
