Election of Chairman: The Board of Health shall annually, in May elect one (1) of <br /> its members as Chairman of the Board. <br /> §3-5. Appointment of Cleric or Secretary: The Board shall appoint one (1) of its <br /> members as Clerk or Secretary of the Board, who shall keep an accurate record of the <br /> meetings, votes, orders and doings of the Board. <br /> §3-6. Accommodations: The Selectmen shall provide a suitable space for the Board of <br /> Health in the Town Office Building, and all books, records and documents pertaining <br /> to the doings of the Board, properly indexed, shall be kept on file in said space for <br /> convenient inspection by the Town officials and the Board's successors in office. <br /> §3-7. Appointment of Health Agent: The Board of Health shall appoint a Board of <br /> Health Agent. <br /> ARTICLE III--Finance Committee <br /> History: Adopted as Ch. 2 Article 2.6 of the 1980 Code• <br /> §3-8. Membership; Terms: The �'jim Moder alor�sera c ic�int a Finance Committee, <br /> consisting of seven (7) voters of the Town, none of whom shall hold any other <br /> elective or appointed Town office except as otherwise authorized in the Charter or <br /> this Code.
