' s <br /> Page 14 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> October 24, 1994 <br /> JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL: <br /> Memo re: Intersection of Route 151 and Old Barnstable Road: <br /> Communication was received from the Jr/Sr High School Building <br /> Committee dated October 11, 1994 relative to the intersection of <br /> Rte. 151 and Old Barnstable Road. <br /> With the future development of the area, the Committee has requested <br /> the Board investigate betterment and impact assessments from the <br /> Southport Development, the proposed Performing Arts Center and <br /> recently zoned commercial property on the North East corner of the area. <br /> *It is the consensus of the Board to review this concern with <br /> Town Counsel. It was noted that State funds may be available to <br /> support the intersection and traffic light in the arca of Rte. 151 and <br /> Old Barnstable Road, <br /> Liaison Assignments: <br /> Selectman Dinizio: Jr/Sr High School Building Committee. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to adjourn at 9:14 p.m. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time <br /> for the purpose of discussing; labor negotiations.
