f „ <br /> 12 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 7, 1994 <br /> Letter from Department of Correction re: Inmate Work Crew: <br /> Communication was received from Robert Waitkevich,Deputy <br /> Superintendent of the Department of Correction dated September 21, 1994 <br /> advising Robert Sullivan to submit the request for an inmate work <br /> crew on an official letterhead of the Town prior to implementation. <br /> *It is the consensus of the Board to authorize the Board of Health to <br /> review and make inquiries relative to the clean-up of illegal dump sites. <br /> JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL: <br /> Memo re: Sewage Treatment Plant Design Engineers: <br /> Communication was received from the High School Building Committee <br /> dated October 2b, 1994 recommending that Symmes, Maini and McKee <br /> enter into a contract with Woodard and Curran to design a 15,000 gallon <br /> per day Sewage Treatment Plant for the High School facility. <br /> *Consensus of the Board to support recommendation. <br /> Environmental Impact Report Proposal: <br /> The High School Building Committee has recommended approval of <br /> the additional services fee of$37,900 to allow Symmes,Maini and McKee <br /> to prepare an Environmental Impact Report and Traffic Impact Study <br /> as required by the Secretary of Environmental Affairs. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to authorize the <br /> Environmental Impact Report and Traffic Impact Study as <br /> recommended for a fee not to exceed $37,900. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Vaccaro. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to adjourn at 8:18 p.m. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time <br /> for the purpose of discussing issues related to Collective <br /> Bargaining. The Board will not re-convene in Open Session. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinlzio. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: Jim, yes Peter, yes Judy, yes <br /> Res ectfully submitted, <br /> Kathleen M.
