Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to authorize • t orize the Executive Secretary on behalf of the Board of Selectmen to submit letter of conceptual support to the above request, Motion seconded by selectman Dinizio. NEW BUS,IVES S: Acceptance of Catch Basin Bid: Communication was received from Greg Taylor,Director of Public Y Works recommending that the Board award the Catch Basin Adjustment Bid Award to Manuel Barrows for the sum of$124.50 per structure. Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to approve the Cat • pP ch Bann Adjustment Award to Manuel Barrows as recommended. Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. Letter of Resignation - Conservation Commission Member: Waterways Commission Member: = Communication was received from Dan Home er dated February ary 26, 1995 requesting the Board approve his resignation from the Conservation Commission effective February 27, 1995. Mr.Home er has also requested the Bo � Y . - ard seek a replacement for his seat on the Waterways Commission after the date of March 7, 1995. Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to accept the resignation of Dan Homeyer from the Conservation Commission effective• March 6, 1995. ' Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0.
