` Page 2 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 27, 1395 <br /> CDMM`UNIQA.n0NS AND MRRESPONDENCE: <br /> Correspondence from Continental Cablevision re: <br /> On-Time Guarantee: <br /> Communication was received from Continental Cablevision dated <br /> March 13, 1995 regarding their on-time Guarantee to ensure customers <br /> receive the quality,timely service they deserve. <br /> It is Continental Cablevisions pledge to commit to the following; <br /> On-time installation appointments or the installation is free <br /> On-time service calls or the customer receives$20.00 <br /> MLSR HIGH SCHOOL: <br /> Permitting Fees; <br /> Communication was received from the High School Building Committee <br /> dated March 27, 1995 requesting the Board waive all contractors permitting <br /> fees for the high school prod ect. <br /> *Consensus of the Board to review exact permitting fee structure. <br /> Agenda item: April 3, 1995. <br /> PUBLIC DISCUSS N• <br /> Juan Bacigalupi requested the Board consider an article for the May Town <br /> Meeting to televise meetings of the Board of Selectmen and other Town <br /> boards and committees. <br /> Mr. Bacigalupi indicated that the Finance Committee turned down the <br /> three camera option proposal of$15,000 and the 1 camera option of <br /> $4,1000. <br /> Deirdre Greehsh also recommended the Board consider a warrant article <br /> to televise live meetings. we should let the voters decide on the expenditure <br /> indicated Mrs. Greelish. <br /> *Consensus of the Board to discuss the proposal with the Finance <br /> Committee on Tuesday,March 28, 1995. It was noted that cable cast <br /> readiness will be incorporated into the Town Hall Building/Renovation <br /> Plan. <br /> In other business, Selectman Vaccaro indicated that he would like to <br /> publicly thank Melinda Gallant and Molly Reese,Director and Producer <br /> of the Mashpee Follies. It was a nice "kick off for Mashpee's 125th <br /> Anniversary year indicated Selectman Vaccaro. *Consensus to support. <br />
