` Page 2 Board of Selectmen Minutes March 27, 1395 CDMM`UNIQA.n0NS AND MRRESPONDENCE: Correspondence from Continental Cablevision re: On-Time Guarantee: Communication was received from Continental Cablevision dated March 13, 1995 regarding their on-time Guarantee to ensure customers receive the quality,timely service they deserve. It is Continental Cablevisions pledge to commit to the following; On-time installation appointments or the installation is free On-time service calls or the customer receives$20.00 MLSR HIGH SCHOOL: Permitting Fees; Communication was received from the High School Building Committee dated March 27, 1995 requesting the Board waive all contractors permitting fees for the high school prod ect. *Consensus of the Board to review exact permitting fee structure. Agenda item: April 3, 1995. PUBLIC DISCUSS N• Juan Bacigalupi requested the Board consider an article for the May Town Meeting to televise meetings of the Board of Selectmen and other Town boards and committees. Mr. Bacigalupi indicated that the Finance Committee turned down the three camera option proposal of$15,000 and the 1 camera option of $4,1000. Deirdre Greehsh also recommended the Board consider a warrant article to televise live meetings. we should let the voters decide on the expenditure indicated Mrs. Greelish. *Consensus of the Board to discuss the proposal with the Finance Committee on Tuesday,March 28, 1995. It was noted that cable cast readiness will be incorporated into the Town Hall Building/Renovation Plan. In other business, Selectman Vaccaro indicated that he would like to publicly thank Melinda Gallant and Molly Reese,Director and Producer of the Mashpee Follies. It was a nice "kick off for Mashpee's 125th Anniversary year indicated Selectman Vaccaro. *Consensus to support.
