Page 3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 27, 1395 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: J <br /> Memo from the Leisure Services Director re: Absent <br /> Youth Commission Member: <br /> Communication was received from Gus Frederick,Leisure Service <br /> Director dated March 22, 1995 requesting the Board remove <br /> Marita Scott from the Youth Commission due to lack of attendance. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to remove Marita Scott <br /> from the Youth Commission as recommended. Position <br /> Vacancy to be advertised. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Position Vacancy Requests for Approval: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to advertise for the <br /> position of; <br /> Assistant Conservation Agent <br /> Data Collector <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4.0. <br /> Memo from the Waterways Commission re: Appointment of <br /> Members. <br /> Communication was received from Ben Gordon, Chairman of the <br /> Waterways Commission dated March 17, 1995 announcing the change <br /> of scheduled meetings to the first Monday of each month. <br /> It was noted that the date change will enable Dan Homeyer to attend <br /> meetings of the Waterways Commission. <br /> In other business,Mr. Gordon requested that Board appoint Harbor Master, <br /> Perry Ellis to fill the additional vacancy on the Waterways Commission. <br /> *Consensus of the Board to obtain a request for appointment in writing <br /> from Mr.Homeyer. <br /> *Consensus of the Board to Advertise for the vacancy on the waterways <br /> Commission. The Board does not support the recommendation to appoint <br /> Perry Ellis at this time. <br />
