Included here is the development and maintenance of data <br /> improving Y working base systems for licensing, appointments and other mayor operations, g with Town <br /> meetingwarrants and budgets and conducting a multitude of special projects. <br /> g <br /> this time to devote to these projects,a major improvement would <br /> In order to free up <br /> be the addition of a part-time clerk in the office to assist in the following areas; <br /> filing <br /> logging,copying and distributing correspondence <br /> • receptionist duties <br /> • telephone answering <br /> • responding to routine inquiries <br /> processing outgoing mail,postage i <br /> • copying material for agendas,etc... <br /> • typing documents and correspondence <br /> • preparing routine purchase orders <br /> • data entry <br /> • assisting other departments in clerical or other routine matters <br /> f <br /> E <br /> I <br /> • f <br />
