Shaw <br /> as an Associate member of the Conservation Commission <br /> for a term to expire; June 30, 1995. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Memo from Conservation 9mmi5sion Agent re: <br /> Offer of Land: <br /> Communication was received from the Conservation Agent dated <br /> April 5, 1995 relative to a parcel of land offered to the Town by <br /> Crary T. Greenwell. <br /> The parcel, about 14,000 square feet is located at 71 Cayuga Avenue, <br /> Mashpee. Mr. Sherman has recommended to approve the land offer <br /> for utilization as a neighborhood playground. <br /> *Recommendation to obtain further review of the offer of land. <br /> Gus Frederick and Greg Taylor will research the site and return to the <br /> Board with a recommendation for use. <br /> Melanson, Greenwood & Company Reguest to Extend <br /> Audit Contract: ` <br /> Communication was received from Frank B iron,President of Melanson, <br /> Greenwood and Company,P.C. dated April 17, 1995 requesting to <br /> extend the audit contract for an additional three years. <br /> It was noted that the Town Accountant and Town Treasurer recommend <br /> the'audit extension for an additional three years, at the fiscal year <br /> 1994 not-to-exceed fee as outlined. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to extend the Audit <br /> contract of Melanson, Greenwood & Company P.C. <br /> for an additional threey ears as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> RocsRoucst to WaivePermit., Fgg..;, <br /> Selectman Mills and Selectmen Dinhdo stepped down for discussion. <br /> Correspondence was received from Attorney Robert Mills,Wynn& <br /> Wynn P. C. dated May 4, 1995 requesting the Board waive the permit <br /> fee for the proposed Building E located at the Deer Crossing Plaza. <br />
