Page 4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> August 28, 1995 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Memo from Police Chief re; Flea Market Details: <br /> Communication was received from Chief Prz b lek dated August 17 1395 <br /> . yy � <br /> relative to the Flea Market operator's failure to a <br /> pay maples due to the Town. <br /> To date, over$3,750 is owed to the Selectmen's Office and approximately <br /> PP y <br /> $4,000 is owed to the Police Department for detail services. <br /> Chief Przybylek recommended the Board consider action to compel <br /> immediate payment of fund " <br /> P y s due to the Town. <br /> The recommendation was made by Mr.Whritenour to close the Flea <br /> Market immediately until all sums due to the Town have beenaid in full. <br /> Town Counsel will be requested P <br /> eq ested to institute a demand notice and file for <br /> court action if approved by the Board. <br /> t <br /> It was noted that the Flea Market owes the Selectmen's Office fifteen <br /> weeks of permit fees.
