JOINT MEETING BETWEEN THE MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE <br /> AND THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> September 11, 1995 <br /> Minutes <br /> Attendees: School Committee - Chairperson Janice Mills, Steve <br /> Paxton, David Consalvi, and Kathy Lynch. <br /> nch. <br /> Board of Selectmen - Chairman James Vaccaro, Peter <br /> Dini z io, George Costa, Nancy Caf fyn; absent -- Judy <br /> Mills, <br /> Joint Meeting Called to Order: Mr. Vaccaro called the joint <br /> meeting to order at 6:43 p,m. in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at <br /> Town Hall. <br /> Mr; Vaccaro explained the reason for tonight's joint meeting in <br /> which a vacancy must be filled on the School Committee until the <br /> next election in May of 1996. <br /> Mr. Vaccaro asked for School Committee nominations to fill the <br /> vacancy on that Committee. Mrs. Mills nominated Theresa Cook. <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor -- Mrs. Mills, Mr. Consalvi, Mr. Paxton, <br /> Mr. Vaccaro, Mr. Dini zio, Mrs. Caf fyn, Mr. Costa; <br /> abstained - Mrs. Lynch; opposed none. <br /> The joint meeting between the Mashpee School Committee and Board of <br /> Selectmen was adjourned at 6:45 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Marjorie R.
