Motion made by Selectman Costa to rescind thea ointment of Dale Parks PP as a part-time Public Safety Dispatcher as requested. Motion seconded by Selectman Di nizio. YOT.E,,o Unanimous. 5-0. Memo from Selectman Caffyn re: Proposed Town Report Committee: Correspondence was received from Selectman Caffyn dated October 10 1 y 995 recommending the Board approve the formation of _ a Town Report Committee. Selectman Caffyn recommended that Rosemary Burns be allowed to work with the committee to focus of the 125th Anniversary as one of the mains themes of the report. *It is the consensus of the Board to support the recommendation to form a Town Report Committee. Communication from the Economic Development Committee: p Co rn�ttee: Communication was received from Tom Potts, Chairman of the Economic Development Committee dated October 13, 1995 recommending the pineapple sign project not move forward at this time. The Economic Development Committee has proposed to return the encumbered funds to the Town's general fund. No action necessary. In other business,the Economic Development Committee has requested the B q Board approve the committees recommendation to set aside$1000 per fiscal year for the perpetual care and maintenance of the welcome sign sites in Mashpee. Funds will be taken from the EDC's budget for this purpose. Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the request to expend up to $1000 for the care and maintenance of the welcome signs in Mashpee as designated.
