Page 2 Board of Selectmen Minutes November 13, 1995 NEW B SS: Request of Josephine Crowell for Emergency Repairs to Secon g y P sett Point Road: Greg Taylor,Director of Public works wasresent to address this concern with the wasp Board of Selectmen. Mr. Taylor concurred that the road is in poor condition and in need of repair. The sum of$1200illwfurnish 100 tons of crushed stone to repair at least 1000 feet of road in P indicated Mr.Taylor. It was noted that the sum of $8,500 exists in the Emergency Repair to Private Roads account at this time for emergency expenditures. Motion made by Selectman Costa to authorize the expenditure of $1200 in Emergency Repairs to repair S econsett Point P o nt Road. Motion seconded by Selectman Mills, TE: Unanimous. 5-0. Guidelines for Board of Selectmen Liaisons: Guidelines for Department Head Performance Appraisal and Goal Setting; The Board reviewed Policy No. 31: Guidelines for Board of Selectmen Liaisons and Policy No. 32: Guidelines for Department Head Performance P e ormance Appraisal and Goal Setting for consideration. Selectman Caffyn indicated that(2) Board of Selectmen Liaison Policies currently exist. She recommended the Board consider eliminating No. 004 an Policy d Policy No. 026 at this time. Motion made by Selectman Costa to accept Policy cy No. 31 and Policy No. 32 as presented to replace Policy No. 004 and Policy No. 026 as recommended. Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. VOTE-: Unanimous. 5-0. *The above replacement notation will beon laced Policy No. 31. P y Rotary Improvement Committee Recommendation: Communication was received from Mr. Whritenour dated November 9, 1995 on behalf of the Rotary Improvement Committee recommending the Board request the State to move forward with the design stage of the Rotary Improvement Project.
