Mr. Taylor concurred that the road is in <br /> poor condition and in need of repair. <br /> The sum of$1200illwfurnish 100 tons of crushed stone to repair at <br /> least 1000 feet of road in P <br /> indicated Mr.Taylor. It was noted that the sum of <br /> $8,500 exists in the Emergency Repair to Private Roads account at this <br /> time for emergency expenditures. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to authorize the expenditure <br /> of $1200 in Emergency Repairs to repair S econsett Point <br /> P o nt <br /> Road. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Mills, <br /> TE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Guidelines for Board of Selectmen Liaisons: <br /> Guidelines for Department Head Performance Appraisal and <br /> Goal Setting; <br /> The Board reviewed Policy No. 31: Guidelines for Board of Selectmen <br /> Liaisons and Policy No. 32: Guidelines for Department Head Performance <br /> P e ormance <br /> Appraisal and Goal Setting for consideration. <br /> Selectman Caffyn indicated that(2) Board of Selectmen Liaison Policies <br /> currently exist. She recommended the Board consider eliminating <br /> No. 004 an <br /> Policy d Policy No. 026 at this time. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to accept Policy cy No. 31 and <br /> Policy No. 32 as presented to replace Policy No. 004 and <br /> Policy No. 026 as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOTE-: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> *The above replacement notation will beon laced Policy No. 31. <br /> P y <br /> Rotary Improvement Committee Recommendation: <br /> Communication was received from Mr. Whritenour dated November 9, <br /> 1995 on behalf of the Rotary Improvement Committee recommending the <br /> Board request the State to move forward with the design stage of the <br /> Rotary Improvement Project. <br />
