Gregory Taylor as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> T : Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Re nest for sed far License: <br /> Gerald C. Seymour of 1 Nehoiden Road, Mashpee submitted an application <br /> to the Board for a License to buy, sell, exchange or assemble second hand <br /> motor vehicles. <br /> It was noted that vehicles will not be stored on site. The private residence <br /> Will be used for telephone communication purposes. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the License <br /> PP <br /> application of Gerald C. Seymour, 1 Nehoiden Road, Mashpee <br /> to buy, sell, exchange or assemble second hand motor vehicles <br /> or parts thereof providing that ,n-c vehicles will be stored on <br /> site; effective January 1, 1995. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> TE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Reauest to Extend Opening of Popponesset Inn_ <br /> Communication was received from Attorney Mark Gildea dated <br /> November 17, 1995 requesting the Board approve the license extension <br /> of Popponesset Corp. d/b/a Popponesset Inn through January 15, 1996 <br /> for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises. <br /> It was noted that the Popponesset Inn customarily closes in the month of <br /> November. Due to the closing of the East Bay Lodge, the Inn has been <br /> requested to accommodate several functions. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the license <br /> extension of the Popponesset Inn through January 15, 1996. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VQTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
