There ill be condo association fees for the whole project but could be five different fees depending on which phase you live in. The fee will be based on percent of price to build units. No decision was made by the board regarding the above project because this committee cannot dictate to the ZBA what decisions to make in regards to flexibility. The committee can only make recommendations. The committee has not heard from the ZBA regarding the 40B timeline recommendations. The committee will request being put on the ZBA agenda.for March 28 to discuss.
