Ms, Egloff asked how they will be <br /> addressing sustainability. Mr. Teague did not really have an answer except that the <br /> Commonwealth of Massachusetts has one of the most stringent efficiency code in the <br /> country. They are also doing a ram garden. Ms. Egloff suggested they speak with Cape <br /> Light Compact regarding energy efficient grants available} It is very important to <br /> everyone on the committee that the families be able to afford to stay in their new <br /> homes. There ill be condo association fees for the whole project but could be five <br /> different fees depending on which phase you live in. The fee will be based on percent <br /> of price to build units. <br /> No decision was made by the board regarding the above project because this <br /> committee cannot dictate to the ZBA what decisions to make in regards to flexibility. <br /> The committee can only make recommendations. <br /> The committee has not heard from the ZBA regarding the 40B timeline <br /> recommendations. The committee will request being put on the ZBA agenda.for March <br /> 28 to discuss.
