The agreement states that it is
understood that the Town of Mashpee is prohibited from using the Program for purposes
that are outside the scope of the authorized Program in the community and it is further
understood that the Town of Mashpee does not have the authority to represent ADL or
ADL's positions, without prior written consent of an authorized ADL representative. An
agreement will be seat to committee members not present.
Equity/Compliance Officer
Jan Strickland said that he felt it was time for the town to look into a full-time Equity/
Compliance Officer position. This person would work for both the Town and the School.
Members of the committee wanted to get an idea of what this person would do so they
requested that George Spivey,Equity/Affirmative Action Officer for the Town of
Falmouth, be invited to a future meeting. Trish commented that budgets have already
been submitted and that it might be something we could look into for the future.
