Cynthia Green. <br /> Guests: Johri Cahalanc, Selectmen Liaison <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Approval of Minutes...Julius Rosales motioned to accept minutes of September 6, 2005, <br /> with corrections recommended by Joln-.Paone. John Paone seconded the motion, and the <br /> motion was carried. <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE <br /> ➢ Action Item: Zella will begetting anew e-mail address by the following meeting. <br /> ➢ Action Item: Call Gisele and Presby about working with AHC. <br /> Z' Action Item: Contact Habitat for Humanity. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Discussion of next steps for Affordable Housing Trust (Mashpee Town) <br /> • A discussion was held with Selectman, John Cahalane, regarding how to put <br /> something on the warrant for the May town meeting. The AHC would like to get <br /> approval at the next town meeting to establish a Mashpee Affordable Housing <br /> Trust. It was also suggested that they find a way to include members from the <br /> Mashpee Housing Authority Housing Trust and recommend that board members <br /> try to work together. Mr. Stuart Peoples indicated that he would like to be <br /> included in this process. Selectman Cahalan reminded the connnittee that the <br /> article for the May town meeting had already been prepared. <br /> Community Preservation Act <br /> • Mr. Cahalane also discussed the Community Preservation Act and brought the <br /> committee information regarding a training coming up with regards to the CPA. <br /> This training would be held at the Sandwich High School on October 22"d, 2005. <br /> • The conunittee discussed inviting the CPA connnittee chairman, Wayne Taylor, <br /> to an AHC meeting to discuss what kind of relationship the two committee's <br />
