Ms. Lopez and Marty will look into it and bring information <br /> back to the AHC. <br /> ➢ Action Item: Ms. Elizenberry will bet the schedules for the up-coming <br /> training mailed out to the committee members. <br /> Appointment of Darrin Weeks to the Committee <br /> • There was a discussion about Darin Weeks becoming a liaison for the AHC. <br /> • Mr. Paone motioned that the members invite Mr. Weeks to became the liaison to <br /> the AHC. Mr. Rosales seconded the motion, and the motion was carried, <br /> Main Street Village—Phase I <br /> • Ms. Elizenberry gave the committee an update on the activities. The developer is <br /> working with the ZBA and the town engineer for final approval. Curb cuts and <br /> drainage are the issues that are being looked at. <br /> Agenda Suggestions <br /> • Ms. Lopez suggested that they invite the HAC to explain how the lottery works <br /> and any changes to the AHC would like to see happen when the next 40B is <br /> proposed for the town. For example,there were no receipts for the alternates and <br /> not everyone received letters. Also, the 1.20% figure may be too high for town <br /> employees. <br /> • There was a discussion about what funds the AHC had available to them through <br /> the Cape Cod Commission, town, etc. Contact the HAC regarding their ability to <br /> work with the AHC, Plan and CPA as a group effort. <br /> • After a discussion about working with Habitat for Humanities the committee <br /> decided to invite them to a meeting. John Paone will invite them to the December <br /> meeting. <br /> Discussion for Design of Brochures, Stationary, etc. <br /> • Ms. Elizenberry talked to the committee about producing letterhead and brochures <br /> for the AHC. She brought some sample brochures for the committee to review. <br /> Ms. Lopez and Ms. Elizenberry will work together to design a new brochure. <br /> Other <br /> • The AHC was given an invitation to celebrate Mashpee Housing Authority's 25`h <br /> anniversary and also recognize Stuart Peoples for his 25 }rears of service to the <br /> community. <br /> 0 Ms. Elizenberry read Louise Patrick's letter of resignation. <br />
