MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> Wednesday, September 12,2018 <br /> t <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would be discussed.) <br /> Mr. Furbush wanted to discuss with the Board and finalize the Zoning Bylaws they <br /> submitted for Town Warrant. They were approved by the Selectmen at their hearing last <br /> evening. He said that two of the bylaws were removed from the Articles,one was the"food <br /> truck", and the other was the "pool'. Mr. Furbush said he spoke with the Building <br /> Commissioner, and he suggested that the Board look over the changes and vote on them. <br /> Sharon Sangeleer read Article 16 §174-17.1 Raze and Replace into the record. Mr. Gould <br /> made a motion to approve the Article changes. Mr. Pittsley, seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Pittsley read Article 17 §174-17 Continuance;Extensions;Alterations,into the record. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to accept the Article changes. Mr. Pittsley seconded. All were <br /> in favor. <br /> Mr. Gould read Article 18 §174-33 Setbacks from Water and Wetlands, into the record. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve the Article as approved. Mr. Gould seconded. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read Article 19 §174-37 1-1 parking, into the record. Mr. Blaisdell made a <br /> motion to approve the Article as approved. Mr. Gould seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Furbush read Article 20 §174-25 1 (9) docks, into the record. Mr. Furbush made a <br /> motion to approve the Article as approved. Mr. Pittsley seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked the Board if they had any final comments. <br /> Mr.Blaisdell addressed the Board and stated for the record, earlier during the first and only <br /> published hearing a gentleman who did not identify himself wished to speak about <br /> something that had nothing to do with the hearing, and he was told that he could not speak <br /> unless it was relative to the published hearing. He wanted to go on the record that the <br /> Zoning Board would not allow him to speak at the public hearing,which was not the case. <br /> He wanted to speak about something that was not on the Agenda with an ongoing case. <br /> Mr. Gould said this person spoke and there was nothing on the Agenda as published. <br /> 5 <br />
