There was discussion about whether reference <br /> was being made to the MH 's Trust or Mashpee's Affordable Housing Trust and it was suggested <br /> that the issue be clarified. Mr. Johnson indicated that he would follow up with Ms. Mason <br /> regarding the issue. i <br /> There was also discussion regarding the status of the Affordable Dousing Trust. The possibility of <br /> restructuring the Frust was suggested through the Town Meeting process. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> New Member <br /> Leon Jacobs was invited to attend this evening's meeting_ <br /> Habitat for manity <br /> The Chair stated that a title search was being conducted for the Orchard Street parcel due to a tax <br /> taking for persons unknown. Mr. Johnson reported that due to a line-up of projects, it was not likely <br /> that Habitat would be building on the panel until 2014/2015, There was discussion regarding <br /> Mashpee's 17 affordable units and their benefit to the town and the Chair noted that they added $1. <br /> million to the asset base on real estate and $151000 in taxes. .Reference was also made to an <br /> affordable unit that had been removed from the count and Russell Road which had not yet been <br /> added and the Chair indicated that he would have the map updated. <br /> Other Business Not Anticipated <br /> The Chair referenced the Collins Lane parcel which was to be purchased for $1601,000 with CPC <br /> funds for Conservation. The other parcel being considered did not offer access and would require <br /> an easement of necessity. <br /> Ms. Egloff inquired about a future discussion on accessory apartments. The Chair will invite Town <br /> Planner Torn Pudala to discuss the possibility at a future meeting. Mr. Isbitz noted that, to be <br /> counted toward the 10% goal, an affordable housing deed restriction would be required. <br /> MEETING A o 1 <br /> The next meeting has been scheduled for April 1, 2014 at 630 p.m. <br /> Mr. Johnson made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Isbitz seconded the motion. All voted <br /> unanimously.
