Mashpee Affordable Housing Committee <br /> Meeting AEn tes <br /> May 6, 2014 at :30 pm. <br /> waquoit Meeting Room., Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Present: Chairman Walter Abbott, Kalliope Egloff, Allan Tsbit <br /> Also Present; Adrienne Danner from HAC Cape Cod <br /> Absent: Berkeley Johnson <br /> CALL To ORDER <br /> Chairman Abbott opened the meeting-at 6:45 p.m. and the roll was called. <br /> APPROVAL OF TES- prii 1,2014 <br /> Minutes for April 1", 2014 could not be approved, only two members from that meeting present. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 209 old Barnstable Road <br /> Had a discussion on curfent status of 209 Old Barnstable, which indicated no change. Presented <br /> what we have so far to Adrienne,'and she said that RAC night be able to participate in some way. <br /> She.gave s some information that we might be able to use, She also agreed that we should contact <br /> Laura Shofelt to get her involved. We agreed to keep her informed. ' <br /> Explained the nix up in QV Condo Association and Quashnet Valley Homeowner's Association. <br /> We have been meeting with Quashnet Homeowners Association but it is QV Condo Association <br /> that has sent letters and may have taken a vote to buy the land.
